building a new home?
Building a new home takes more attention and additional knowledge than other Real Estate Agents may be able to provide.
Consider these points:
Most builders are reputable and want a happy client living in one of their homes once the construction is complete; building a new home is made up of a thousand details and many decisions that need to be made along the way. You owe it to yourself to talk to Neal Hauschild and Nth Degree and learn about the many things you need to know to ensure your newly constructed home turns out exactly the way you were expecting, at a price, and in a time frame that is within your expectations.
Things you need to think about:
• What is your budget?
• What is really included in your builder estimate?
• What if you want to make design changes to your blue prints before or after construction starts?
• What kind of selections do you get to make regarding carpet, tile, cabinets, counter surfaces, lighting,…? What if I want something not included in the standard pricing?
• Why do some Builders discourage you from being represented by a Real Estate Agent?
Unfortunately, the build process becomes a big disappointment for too many people because they are taken advantage of during it. If you are going to take the time and energy to build a new home, make it the best experience possible and truly exceed your expectations in the end! Never allow yourself to go into the building process without someone by your side to represent your best interests.
